2 oz Gin
0.75 oz Blood Orange Juice
0.75 oz Lemon Juice
15ml / 0.5 oz Honey Syrup

Shake all ingredients with ice for approximately 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a blood orange zest.

Aperol Lemon Sorbet Spritz

1 ounce Aperol
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce Lemon Juice
1 scoop lemon sorbet
Top with sparkling wine

Add all ingredients to a shaker except sparkling wine. Shake then strain into glass. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with lemon wheel

*note - shake hard to dissolve the sorbet

Passionfruit Margarita

1oz Tequila
0.5oz Cointreau
1oz Passion Fruit Syrup
0.5oz 15ml Fresh lime juice
1 cup crushed ice

In a blender, combine tequila, Cointreau, passionfruit syrup, lime juice, and ice. Process until ice is finely crushed. Rub the rims of margarita glasses with lime slices. Dip in fine salt to coat the rim. Pour in the frozen mixture and garnish with passionfruit and a lime twist.
