Love is in the air! This Raspberry Martini is the perfect drink to celebrate this Valentine's Day. It is sweet, tart and is sure to have sparks flying!
  • 2 ounces (¼ cup) vodka
  • 1 ounce (2 tablespoons) 100% cranberry juice (not sweetened**)
  • ½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce (1 ½ tablespoons) raspberry syrup (homemade is best, or use purchased)
  • For the garnish: fresh raspberries

These Are the Best Valentine’s Day Drink Specials at
Chain Restaurants (2023)

Valentine’s Day can be tough — whether you’re in a relationship, crushing on someone, or totally single, V-Day plans can be difficult to navigate. Cutesy drink specials make the Hallmark holiday a bit sweeter, though....

Submit your proposal for our 2023 Education Program by next Friday, February 24th! The Bar Convent Brooklyn Education Committee is looking for industry experts like you to educate and share your knowledge with others at this year’s event on June 13 & 14, 2023.

 
 
Cherry Sour by:
  • 2 oz gin or vodka
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz Fabbri’s Amarena black wild cherries
  • 1 egg white or ½ oz aquafaba
  • Garnish with Fabbri’s Amarena black wild cherries
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and  shake vigorously. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with Fabbri cherries.
Amethyst Martini by:
  • 2.5 oz Empress Gin
  • 1 oz lavender-infused dry vermouth
  • Dash of grapefruit & mint bitters
 
Stir all ingredients with plenty of ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnished with an expressed orange peel and a rose-water infused cocktail crystal.
